We're growing our Sydney team and are looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join us across the Western and South Western Suburbs.

About the Role

n

This is a adaptable opportunity where you can work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional and everyday living goals.

n

Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include:

n

n
- Conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
n
- Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
n
- Developing individualized therapy programs aligned with client goals.
n
- Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in everyday life.
n
- Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
n
- Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
n
- Managing your caseload with flexibility across community and telehealth appointments.
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
n

About You

n





We'd love to hear from you if you have:

n

n
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
n
- Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
n
- An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
n
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
n
- Relevant state and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
n
