Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
n
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and product information
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
n
- Provide technical product support and recommendations
n
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
n
- Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
n
- Support business development and sales activities within existing accounts
n
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
n

About You

n

n
- Fluent in Hindi and English
n




- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or technical support
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
n
- Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical environments is advantageous
n
- Full working rights in Australia (Must be PR or Australia Citizen)
