Your Role

n

As the Centre Director,



you will take responsibility for the day‐to‐day leadership of the service, including:

n

n
- Leading and mentoring educators and Room Leaders
n
- Managing daily operations, staffing, and centre performance
n
- Maintaining NQF, NQS and regulatory compliance
n
- Supporting EYLF implementation and quality educational practice
n
- Leading the Quality Improvement Plan and Assessment & Rating preparation
n
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Supporting enrolments, occupancy, and team engagement
n

n

About You

n

You may currently be a:

n

Centre Director | Centre Manager | Nominated Supervisor | Assistant Director | 2IC

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Previous leadership experience within an early learning or childcare service
n
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance
n
- Confident team leadership and communication skills
n
- A hands‐on, organised, and solutions‐focused approach
n
- A genuine passion for developing educators and delivering quality outcomes for children
n
