- Located in: Peninsula University Hospital and Mornington Centre

The Team & Role

n

The Specialist Pain Medicine Physician will be part of integrated Pain consultation- liaison service and will be running an outpatient session at The Mornington Centre/Peninsula University Hospital.

n

Key duties and responsibilities

n

n
- Provide high quality evidence based clinical care.
n




- Promote the delivery of excellence in patient care in collaboration with other specialty services and General Practitioners in the community
n
- Be aware of and work in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
n
- Contribute to training of Pain Fellow at Peninsula Health.
n
- Participate in clinical risk, quality and research activities within the unit.
n
- Promote high standards of educational support for all team members
n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Must hold MBBS or equivalent
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Demonstrating excellent Interpersonal relationship building skills
n
- Proven ability to Implement change within a complex environment
n
