As we continue to evolve and expand, we're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our amazing production teams. This is a outstanding opportunity to be part of a modern food manufacturing environment, operating high-speed equipment and working alongside a dedicated team to produce ready-made meals for major retail and food brands.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Machine Operator, you'll take ownership of your line and keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently:
n
Operating and monitoring production machinery at full capacity
n
Performing machine start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers
n
Adjusting settings, changing tools, and optimising performance
n
Troubleshooting faults before escalating to maintenance
n
Completing quality checks (metal detection, weights, seals, gas checks)
n
Maintaining GMP standards and ensuring food safety compliance
n
Working closely with production,
QA and maintenance teams
n

What You Bring
n
Experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing
n
Confidence with machine start-ups, changeovers and troubleshooting
n
Understanding of quality checks and food safety (GMP, HACCP)
n
Ability to read and follow SOPs / work instructions
n
Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
n
Basic computer skills (MES or similar systems preferred)
n
