The role

n

We are seeking a confident and commercially minded Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for recent enquiries. This is a client-facing role combining estimating, sales, and showroom consultation.

n

You will be responsible for answering incoming client calls, preparing accurate quotations, meeting clients in our showroom, and managing opportunities through our CRM system to maximise conversion rates.

Your key responsibilities will include

- Answer incoming phone and email enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
n
- Qualify leads and gather project information (drawings, sizes, specifications)
n
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations for bespoke steel windows and doors
n
- Meet clients in our showroom to discuss their projects and product options
n
- Proactively follow up quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed orders
n
- Own the pipeline—ensuring no lead goes cold and every 'Next Step' is scheduled
n
- Liaise with the Operations and Drafting teams to ensure feasibility and a smooth handover
n
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience in estimating, sales, or a similar role (windows, doors, glazing, construction or interiors preferred but not essential)
n
- Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and track opportunities (preferred but not essential)
n
- Confident answering phones and handling customer enquiries
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to closing sales
n
- Comfortable hosting and leading showroom consultations – full training will be provided
n
- Ability to read drawings is advantageous but not necessary
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n
