At HSO, we're looking for a Solution Architect - Managed Services to join our growing ANZ Managed Services team. This is a senior functional role focused on providing expert advisory services, solution assurance, and leadership across complex customer environments running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise business processes, improve outcomes, and maximise value from their technology investments.

The Opportunity

n

As a Solution Architect within our Managed Services team, you'll serve as a senior functional authority for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting customers across finance, supply chain, and operational process areas. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions remain practical, sustainable, and aligned to business objectives.

n

This role goes beyond issue resolution. You'll provide strategic guidance,



lead functional reviews, contribute to service improvements, and help shape best practices across our Managed Services practice. You'll also play a key part in mentoring consultants and uplifting capability across the team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Act as a senior functional authority within Managed Services for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
n
- Provide guidance and leadership on complex business process and support scenarios.
n
- Review and assure functional designs, configuration changes, and process improvements.
n
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, process breakdowns, and recurring issues.
n
- Work directly with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
n
- Translate business requirements into practical, supportable solutions.
n
- Support service reviews, improvement planning, and customer roadmap discussions.
n
- Drive stability, scalability, and optimisation across customer business processes.
n
- Support the transition of solutions from project delivery into Managed Services.
n
- Mentor consultants and senior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality assurance activities.
n
- Contribute to solution shaping, support estimates, and presales activities where required.

What You'll Bring

n

n




- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in customer-facing environments.
n
- Strong functional expertise across finance, supply chain, or operational business processes.
n
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or subject matter expert.
n
- Experience supporting customers within Managed Services, application support, or live service environments.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
n
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience reviewing solutions and providing functional assurance and guidance.
n
- A passion for mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.
n
- Experience working across multiple customer environments will be highly regarded.
