Site Manager, Renewable Energy EPC, Karratha (2:1 roster)

Keystone People Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a renewable energy EPC project based in Karratha, WA.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role covering the project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, with full accountability for safety, programme, subcontractor management and commercial delivery on site.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Leading all site and project activities across the project lifecycle
n
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to hit programme and budget
n
- Owning HSEQ compliance and safety leadership on site
n
- Coordinating procurement and long lead equipment needs
n
- Administering contracts, variations and claims
n
- Chairing project meetings and reporting to the Director and client
n




- Overseeing commissioning, energisation and handover
n

n

What you'd bring:

n

n
- 7+ years in construction, infrastructure, electrical or renewable energy delivery
n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $10M
n
- WA Contractor A Grade Licence and current White Card
n
- Solid contract administration and commercial acumen
n
- Renewable energy, solar or utility scale EPC experience highly regarded
n
- Experience operating in remote or regional construction environments
n

The details:

- Location: Karratha, WA, on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster (open to discussing the right fit for the right person)
n
- Rate: $1,400 per day, all in while on site
n
- Contract: 12 months
