Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will provide architecture leadership across enterprise-wide AI initiatives, helping shape the organisation's AI operating model, governance frameworks, and technology strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead enterprise architecture decisions across AI-related programs and initiatives.
n
- Provide expert guidance on AI architecture patterns, operating models, and decision frameworks.
n
- Establish and formalise AI standards, including:n n
- AI classification frameworks
n
- Platform vs. solution architecture decisions
n
- Build vs. run operating models
n

n




- Ensure AI architecture aligns with emerging legal, risk, compliance, and governance requirements.
n
- Support and mentor Solution Architects, providing both strategic direction and hands-on architectural guidance when required.
n
- Influence senior stakeholders and provide trusted technology leadership across the business.
n
- Assist in reducing vendor dependency by establishing sustainable AI capabilities and architecture practices.
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large and complex environments
n
- Deep understanding of AI-native operating models, architecture frameworks, and governance practices
n
- Experience establishing architecture standards, decision frameworks, and enterprise-wide technology guardrails
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executive and senior leadership teams
n
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable working at the solution architecture level when needed
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting AI-enabled business transformation initiatives
