This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes content creation.

You'll be responsible for capturing, editing and publishing compelling content across our social media channels, helping to bring the Mosaic brand to life and strengthen our digital presence.

From completed luxury developments and construction milestones to behind-the-scenes moments, you'll create content that is visually striking, authentic and engaging.

n

This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, exceptional video editing skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Capture photo and video content across our developments, project construction sites, offices and events.
n
- Plan, shoot and edit engaging content for interactive media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
n
- Develop social-first content including reels, short-form video and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
n
- Create polished and elevated visual content that reflects Mosaic's premium brand.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capture compelling stories.
n
- Stay across emerging social trends, formats and creative techniques.
n
- Manage content production from concept through to publishing.
n
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent presence and optimal engagement timing.
n
- Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports on key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and expand reach.
n
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
n
- Support development and execution of a social media content strategy.
n
- Support broader marketing campaigns by amplifying content across social channels and coordinating with other marketing initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

- Proven experience in content creation, videography, social media or a similar creative role.
n
- Video editing skills and proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite.
n




- Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related video production tools.
n
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling and content creation capabilities.Robust understanding of social media platforms and what drives audience engagement.
n
- Experience capturing high-quality video and photography content.
n
- A natural creative eye with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n
- Familiarity with property development, construction or real estate is desirable but not essential.
