Designing and delivering engaging training programs covering a range of entry level skills, such as ACDC, Chainsaw, Biosecurity, Fencing etc.

Collaborating with subject matter experts to continuously improve and expand the training curriculum and develop new business opportunities.
n
Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and participant progress
n
Promoting the training programs build awareness and drive enrolments
n
What we're looking for
n
Significant experience working in the industry, with an understanding of modern farming practices and challenges
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate trainees from diverse backgrounds
n
Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact training programs
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure all training activities are well-planned and documented
n
Qualifications:
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Solid organisational and time management abilities
n
Previous experience in a training role is preferred but not essential
