What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will:

- Be an intermediate to senior lawyer (2+ years PAE ideally, but flexibility exists depending on experience)

- Have strong drafting and procedural skills,

- Be confident running your own matters and engaging directly with clients and counsel
