POSITION

Due to continued growth, a Roman Blind & Soft Furnishings Machinist position is now available to join the production team.
n
n
- Manufacture and construct custom Roman blinds, curtains and soft furnishings to a high standard.
n
- Cut, sew and finish a range of window furnishing products using industrial machinery.
n
- Work accurately from measurements and specifications to produce custom-made pieces.
n
- Maintain quality control across all finished products before dispatch.
n
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and delivery timeframes.
n
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative workshop environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
n
n
- Proven experience as a machinist in curtain, blind or soft furnishings manufacturing
n
- Roman blinds experience - required
n
- Ability to work accurately from measurements and cut sheets
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality finished product
n
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work efficiently within a production environment
n
- Experience with industrial sewing machinery required
