Consolidated Minerals (ConsMin) is seeking a Senior Advisor – People & Culture to join our People & Culture team at our Woodie Woodie manganese operation. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside leaders and influence workplace culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll work a 7:7 FIFO roster as a dedicated People & Culture representative on site, providing practical advice, guidance and day-to-day support to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You'll balance strategic projects with hands-on operational support while building trusted relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

- Provide timely, practical People & Culture advice
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Providing expert employee relations guidance
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Deliver compliance training




- Managing a high volume of employee lifecycle changes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across People & Culture processes

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys building strong relationships with leaders and employees alike.

You'll bring:

- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Experience in a generalist HR role at a senior level
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Demonstrated experience managing investigations, performance management and complex workplace matters
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- A proactive, practical solutions-focused approach with the confidence to influence outcomes
