AMT Adelaide Motors and Tyres, is seeking a reliable, motivated and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of mechanical servicing, maintenance, inspections and repair work on motor vehicles. The role requires a robust understanding of automotive systems, attention to detail, good diagnostic skills and a commitment to providing quality workmanship and maintaining a safe and professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles.
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Repair and replace brakes, suspension, steering, engine and other vehicle components.
- Carry out tyre fitting, balancing,



puncture repairs and wheel alignment.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and testing after repairs.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience:

- Relevant experience as a Motor Mechanic.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Relevant Australian qualification/trade experience is desirable.
