We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:

- Concreting or concrete finishing
- Waterproofing
- Caulking and sealing
- Construction labouring
- Patching, grinding, or general finishing work
- Trade assistant or factory-based construction environments

Whether you come from construction, civil, manufacturing, precast, waterproofing, or general labouring backgrounds, we’d love to hear from you.

What work could look like:

- Assisting production and manufacturing teams
- Concrete patching, grinding, repair, and finishing work
- Applying waterproofing products and sealants
- Caulking and finishing to a high standard
- Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
- Supporting trades and site operations where needed
- Maintaining quality standards and protected work practices
