We are looking for skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics and transport team. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating trucks to transport goods, materials, and equipment for civil construction, mining, and industrial projects across Western Australia.

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Drive heavy trucks safely across metropolitan and regional areas in different traffic and weather conditions.
- Deliver materials to construction, mining, and industrial sites on time and in full.
- Conduct regular pre-start, in-transit, and post-trip quality and safety checks to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and can be driven safely.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and cranes, while following safety procedures and checking loading documents and the condition of goods.
- Estimate and monitor load weights to ensure compliance with legal weight limits, distribute loads safely.




- Secure and cover goods to prevent movement, damage or spillage during transport.
- Obtain delivery confirmations and signed documentation from clients, and maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager, site supervisors, and team members.
- Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle use, safety procedures, and workplace conduct.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

- Current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC)/MC Driver Licence (as required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in truck driving, preferably in civil, mining, or logistics sectors.
- Knowledge of load securing, occupational health and safety (OH&S;) regulations, and traffic laws.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate GPS and logistics management software.
- Physically fit to handle manual loading/unloading and long driving shifts.
- Safe driving practices and adherence to road safety regulations.
- Reliability, punctuality, and solid work ethic.
- Ability to plan routes efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to handle vehicle or delivery issues.
