We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role) to join our team in Wagga Wagga. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Training will initially be conducted between 8:30am – 5:00pm, after which, shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am – 8:00pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
