Restore Corp is looking for an experienced and people driven Restoration Manager to lead our growing Queensland team.

n

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We're looking for a hands on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and bringing a team together to deliver outstanding service.

n

You will lead a dynamic team of three Project Managers and approximately 15 Restoration Technicians. Working closely with the Queensland State General Manager, you will help oversee claims, support daily operations and continue building a high-performing team and positive workplace culture.

What will your day look like?

n

Your day will typically begin at the shed, meeting with the team, reviewing the workload and ensuring everyone has the equipment, information and support they need before heading out.

Throughout the day, you will:

n

- Lead, support and develop Project Managers and Technicians;
n
- Oversee restoration claims and operational performance;
n
- Assist with client enquiries and escalations;
n
- Work alongside our dedicated claims and project management teams;
n
- Coordinate staffing, equipment and daily priorities;
n
- Maintain high standards of service, reporting and workmanship;
n




- Identify opportunities to improve systems and performance; and
n
- Build a positive, accountable and motivated team culture.

About you

You will be a self-motivated and approachable leader who genuinely enjoys helping people perform at their best.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

n

n
- Strong restoration industry experience;
n
- Experience leading and developing operational teams;
n
- Sound knowledge of water damage, structural drying, mould and related restoration services;
n
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills;
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving setting;
n
- Confidence working with clients, Project Managers and field teams; and
n
- A genuine desire to build a great team and positive culture.

Relevant IICRC qualifications will be highly regarded.
