Schulz Organic Dairy is looking for a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operations Agent to join our growing team.

n

If you're an experienced multi-drop delivery driver who enjoys working independently, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and wants the benefit of a 4-day weekend every week, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

Schulz Organic Dairy is a premium Australian dairy brand producing milk, cream, yoghurt and butter for customers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. As demand for our products continues to grow, we're seeking a dedicated team member to support our delivery and warehouse operations.

About the Role

n

As a key member of our operations team, you will:

n

Deliver dairy products to retail stores, cafés, and restaurants

n

Complete multi-drop delivery runs accurately and on time

n

Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks

n

Maintain product quality and cold-chain integrity

n

Record deliveries, returns, and customer information using a mobile app

n

Collect returnable glass milk bottles from customers

n





Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Schulz brand professionally

n

Assist with warehouse duties including stock management, picking, packing, and general warehouse support when required

n

Roster: 3 days ( Tues, Wed & Thurs) per week (28.5 hours)

n

Hours: 4am to 2pm

n

Location: Sunshine West

n

Hourly Rate: $31.98Plus Superannuation

n

What We're Looking For

n

MUST have a valid Light Rigid (LR) Driver's Licence at a minimum to be considered.

n

Have the experience, confidence & ability to cover multiple routes with very little notice

n

Physically fit and able to regularly lift up to 20kg

n

Ability to manually unload up to 4 pallets and transport stock using a trolley

n

Robust customer service and communication skills

n

High attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and use initiative

n

Smartphone and basic computer skills

n

Strong knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan areas

n

Availability for early starts

n

Full Australian working rights
