PICK PACKERS WANTED – ONGOING WAREHOUSE OPPORTUNITIES South Strathfield & Surrounding Suburbs | Immediate Starts | Monday–Friday | $33.85 Per Hour

Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Pick Packers for ongoing casual opportunities across multiple busy 3PL warehouse sites in South Strathfield and surrounding suburbs.

n

We are looking for people who are more than just available for a few shifts. We want hardworking, reliable team members who can commit to ongoing Monday–Friday work and take pride in turning up and getting the job done.

n

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- $33.85 per hour
n
- Day Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm
n
- Monday–Friday ongoing work
n
- Consistent hours each week
n
- Immediate starts available

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

Depending on the site, your duties may include:

n

n
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
n
- Labelling, sorting and preparing orders for dispatch
n
- Stock replenishment
n
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch
n
- General warehouse duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
n
- Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n





To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous warehouse and pick packing experience
n
- RF scanning experience highly regarded
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift
n
- A solid work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
n
- Excellent reliability and attendance
n

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Available to work Monday–Friday on an ongoing basis
n
- Able to commit to the full working week
n
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Steel-cap safety boots
n
- Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
- Reliable transport
n

IMPORTANT – ONGOING COMMITMENT REQUIRED

n

These are ongoing casual positions with consistent work available Monday–Friday.

n

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely seeking ongoing employment and can commit to the full working week.

n

If you are only looking for occasional shifts, short-term work or cannot commit to working Monday–Friday, these positions may not be suitable for you.
