Tasks & Responsibilities

n

n
- · Proactively seek potential client via social media
n
- · Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
n
- · Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
n
- · Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)
n
- · Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students' application
n
- · Attend skilled training and industry event from institutions or the company
n
- · Update and report weekly,



monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
n
- · Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
n

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- · The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
n
- · Should have adequate knowledge of the surroundings or domestic area
n
- · Work under pressure and meet or exceed monthly targets
n
- · Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
n
- · Be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
- · Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing an open mind to ad-hoc duties as required
n
- · Understanding the Australian student visa system
n
- · Understanding the admission process for English school, VET College and Universities in Australia
n
- · Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling or education consultancy.
n
- · Strong knowledge of Australian education policies and visa requirements.
n
- · Proficiency in multilingual languages such as Filipino dialects.
n
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- *Prior education consultant experience of 1-2 year in Australia is required
n
- *At least 1 year of experience in migration and education agency.
