We're currently recruiting for an experienced NDIS Manager to join a well-established disability services provider in Gosford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced disability or community services leader to take responsibility for service delivery, team leadership, NDIS compliance and operational performance.

About the Role

You'll oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability supports while leading a team of frontline and operational staff.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead, support and develop frontline disability staff
n
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery and operational performance
n
- Ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
n
- Monitor participant support plans, outcomes and service quality
n
- Manage risk, incidents, complaints and safeguarding requirements
n
- Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, supervision and performance reviews
n
- Manage budgets, resources and operational reporting
n
- Build solid relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and community stakeholders
n
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and community engagement
n

About You You'll have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' leadership or management experience in the disability or community sector
n
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
n
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and people-management skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Experience with operational management, reporting and stakeholder engagement
n
- Strong administration and digital literacy
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Valid First Aid Certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
n

n

A tertiary qualification or Certificate IV/Diploma in Community Services Management is desirable.
