Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and detail civil and rail plant and equipment to site-ready standards

n

Perform routine checks and carry out minor mechanical repairs

n

Assist with loading/unloading gear and managing yard inventory

n

Work around and assist with loaders, excavators, rail-specific plant, and other heavy machinery

n

Support a safety-first culture and keep the yard clean, organised, and compliant

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Valid driver's licence (essential)
n
- Familiarity with civil and rail plant (loaders, excavators, etc.)
n
- Mechanically minded with the ability to spot issues and perform minor fixes
n
- Reliable, physically fit, and keen to work in a fast-paced workplace
n




- Willingness to learn and progress into a Plant Operator role over time
n
