As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver aperson-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide secure and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.

n

Previous Aged Care experience highly regarded.

n

You will have a passion for Aged Care industry

n

Complete all training as required.

n

High level of English skills written and verbal.

n

Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members, residents and their family/friends / visitors

n
