Job Description

This is a strategic executive appointment as Chief Financial Officer, providing senior financial leadership and commercial insight to Pickwick Group. Working alongside the CEO, Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will help shape the future direction of the business and strengthen its financial foundations for the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

Shape the future financial strategy and direction of the business

n

Partner with the CEO, Executive Director and Board on strategic decision-making

n

Provide independent, commercially focused challenge and insight

n

Strengthen financial governance, reporting and business intelligence

n

Support the development of scalable financial systems, processes and controls

n

Improve visibility of profitability, cash flow, performance and commercial drivers

n

Support business growth, investment and organisational transformation

n

Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and enterprise value

n

Build the capability, structure and frameworks required to support Pickwick's future growth

n





Work collaboratively with the existing finance function, providing strategic leadership, direction and capability uplift

n

About you

n

Significant senior finance leadership experience within a complex, multi-site, labour-intensive or service-based organisation

n

Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline

n

CPA or CA highly desirable

n

Experience in facilities management, cleaning, security, labour-intensive services or another complex service environment highly regarded

n

Commercial judgement, executive presence, financial discipline and the ability to make finance matter to the whole business
