Food and Beverage Attendant - Team Leader

Weare currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic staff for a variety ofhospitality roles, including Hospitality Managers. Theseopportunities may vary week to week and are ideal for individuals seekingflexible work with reputable clients. Shifts will be offered subject to eventrequirements, with updates provided as schedules are confirmed.

Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and support hospitality teams to ensure smoothdaily operations and high service standards
n
- Act as the main point of contact for staff, clients, andstakeholders during shifts or events; and coordinate workforcerequirements
n
- Provide clear direction, guidance, and on-the-job support toteam members
n
- Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly andprofessionally
n
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplacepolicies, and safety requirements
n
- Manage attendance,



punctuality, and late arrivals, escalatingissues where required
n
- Handle operational challenges, incidents, or urgent staffingmatters calmly and effectively
n
- Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to staffand management
n
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of recent team members
n
- Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and workforcedocumentation
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meetstaffing and service needs
n
- Assist with planning and coordination for peak periods orhigh-volume operations
n
- Maintain a professional presence and represent the organisationpositively at all times
n

Your Profile

n

n
- Previous Hospitality Team Leader/Workforce Coordinatorexperience in premium events; 5-starhotels or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded
n
- Valid RSA and Food Handler Cert (Essential)
n
- Experienced in 3-Plate Carry and Drink Tray Handling
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to manage operational issues in real time
n
- Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
n
- Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting staff
n

We are hosting interview sessionsregularly. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend one of thesesessions.
