You will oversee a portfolio of SIL participants and homes, providing hands‑on leadership to support workers while ensuring services, documentation and compliance are maintained at a high standard.
Reporting to the Accommodation Coordinator, you will coordinate care teams, lead supervision sessions, and drive continuous quality in participant outcomes.
