About the Role

n

Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you'll take ownership of the talent and recruitment function, delivering end-to-end recruitment across our national business.

n

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager role where you'll work closely with operational leaders and people leaders to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent across a diverse range of positions. From trade-qualified Bakers and Pastry Chefs through to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Corporate and Support Functions, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and building sustainable talent pipelines.

The role combines hands-on recruitment delivery, stakeholder partnering and talent acquisition initiatives, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a growing national business.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment.
n
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines and networks.
n
- Coach and advise hiring managers on best practice, market trends and hiring strategies.
n




- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
n
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and talent acquisition strategies.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen the overall talent function.

What you'll bring

n

n
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or multi-site environment.
n
- Proven sourcing capability and experience developing talent pipelines.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels.
n
- Proficiency with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting.
n
- Sound business acumen and a commercially focused approach to talent.
n
- The ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively with leaders across the business.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
n
