Uniting Care Queensland's Intake Practitioner role at Gold Coast Homelessness Service helps people who are homeless or at risk by providing compassionate intake, risk screening and timely referrals to case management and accommodation services.

You'll coordinate daily drop-in access, respond to enquiries by phone, email or walk-in, and document data in SHIP and QHIP, while working with a supportive team to identify needs and achieve housing outcomes.
