At Tapestry, we empower our people to bring their best ideas to life across Coach and Kate Spade Recent York. We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Coach stores across Queensland and New Zealand, driving commercial success, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and people development across Outlet, Retail and Concession channels.

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.

/n

- Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.

/n

- Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans aligned to brand and regional priorities.

/n

- Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards across all store formats.

/n

- Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.

/n

- Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.

/n

- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.

/n

- Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver sustainable growth.

- Proven experience leading multiple retail locations across diverse store formats.

/n

- Strong track record of driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.

/n

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.

/n

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.

/n

- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
