Safe Places for Children on the Gold Coast seeks a Case Manager (Out Of Home Care) to coordinate case plans, liaise with agencies, and deliver trauma-informed care to young people in residence. You will travel around the Gold Coast to support families and youth, with rosters including 5x24h shifts per fortnight and 7-day availability.

The role is full time and requires relevant qualifications, Blue Card, Australian Driver's Licence, and full working rights in Australia.
