Purpose

As a Lifeguard, you will serve as the vigilant guardian of our pool facilities, dedicated to maintaining a secure, secure, pristine, and delightful atmosphere for our valued guests.

Primary Responsibilities

- Watch over the pool area to prevent accidents and respond quickly in case of emergencies
- Identify potential hazards, enforce safety rules, and provide assistance to swimmers if needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities at all times, collecting towels and assisting with cleaning any areas of concern
- Work closely with the pool team to ensure safety of all guests utilising the pool area
- Liaise with Maintenance to ensuring that pool equipment and safety devices are in working order
- Interact with pool users, providing information, answering questions, and helping guests have a positive experience

Skills and Experience

- Experience in a lifeguard role (or a similar position) is a mandatory requirement
- Possess a current Bronze Medallion or Surf Rescue certificate
- Must have an up to date CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
