Court Services Victoria in Ballarat is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) and Assessment and Referral Court (ARC). You will lead a multidisciplinary team of case managers and provide practice guidance to ensure high-quality, client-centred service delivery.
Working with the Court Services Manager, judiciary, court staff and community partners, you will manage complex caseloads, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in programs.
