Precruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a six-month fixed-term contract in Queensland. Work from home is possible, with onsite participation in Central West Queensland preferred; accommodation can be arranged.
You will advise leaders and employees on employee relations, awards, legislation and employment conditions, support recruitment and workforce planning, and help strengthen HR practices while maintaining confidentiality.
