The Role

As Store Manager, you are the primary leader and custodian of your store. You are responsible for driving the store’s daily performance, nurturing team development, and upholding the premium reputation of the Okanui brand. While you are a consistent presence on the sales floor, your focus is on the "Total Store" success; implementing sales strategies, managing controllable costs like wages, and mentoring your team to deliver excellence in alignment with company standards. You act as the vital link between your team and regional leadership, ensuring every operational goal is met with precision.

- Push Sales: Drive daily targets by leading from the front, upselling with Authentic product knowledge, and coaching the team to hit their KPIs.
