About the Role

You’ll be working closely with regional property agencies and agribusinesses to drive commercial growth across Australia's leading agricultural land sectors. Based in Tamworth NSW, you will manage a high-value portfolio, delivering cross-platform solutions across iconic brands such as The Land and farmbuy.com. This role offers the independence to lead major pitches and complex campaigns while helping shape regional growth strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and manage long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers across agribusiness, rural real estate, and clearing sales.
- Deliver structured account plans that drive adoption across print, digital, events, content partnerships, and data solutions.
- Lead major pitches and integrated commercial opportunities for priority clients and high-value prospects.
- Represent ACM Agri as a senior commercial leader at key industry events, field days, and conferences.
- Mentor peers and share best practices in account planning and digital solutions to support team capability.
- Maintain high standards of CRM usage, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

- Essential:



Proven experience in media sales, commercial partnerships, or advertising within regional, agricultural, or B2B sectors.
- Essential: Strong track record managing complex accounts, driving revenue, and delivering multi-channel solutions (digital, print, events).
- Essential: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and travel regularly across regions.
- Desirable: Deep knowledge of agricultural markets, supply chains, and rural real estate dynamics but not essential
