The Opportunity:

- Tremendous prospect for an experienced (preferably CPV) Residential Valuer to Value residential property across Hobart and surrounding areas
- Take ownership of your geographical patch and manage your workload independently
- Benefit from strong relationships with all major lenders, ensuring a consistent workflow and reliable fee income.
- Work autonomously while remaining connected to the support and expertise of our broader Valuations team

About you:

- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
- Experienced within the Australian residential valuations market
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver accurate valuations with minimal supervision
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
