We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a well-established and growing Australian business based in Albury, NSW.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting enquiries into sales. You’ll work with a mix of inbound customers and sales opportunities, providing product advice, preparing quotations, and delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

● Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to drive conversions

● Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

● Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems

● Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
