Role Overview

Part Time position - 15 to 20 hours per week (business hours, Mon-Fri). Hours of work negotiable.

As part of a small team within the Mackay branch, this part time role is provides assistance across the Dowdens Group and is multifaceted, incorporating safety and HR administration orientated tasks across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement and site compliance divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- General Safety and HR related administration and data entry

- Aid in the administration of managing end to end employee life cycle





- Site compliance and training - work with Supervisors and Managers to schedule and coordinate training and site compliance

Eligibility

- A background in Administration / Data Entry

- Strong technology skills -confidence in using a variety of systems and a quick learner when it comes to recent platforms and programs

- High attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
