Evolve Speech Pathology is growing, and we're looking for another Speech Pathologist to join our small, supportive team in Lennox Head.

We’re genuinely open to all levels of experience, from a new graduate looking for a supportive start through to an experienced or senior Speech Pathologist wanting flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to shape their role.

We’re also genuinely flexible about hours. Whether you're looking for one day a week, a few days, or a full-time position, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Your caseload can be shaped around your experience, strengths and clinical interests. We don’t expect one clinician to do everything.

Our caseload is predominantly paediatric, with opportunities to work with adolescents and adults if this interests you.

Depending on your interests, your role could include:

- Speech sound assessment and intervention

- Early communication and language

- School-aged language and literacy

- Fluency

- AAC and complex communication

- Feeding and mealtime support

- Functional communication and disability support

- Parent/carer coaching

- Collaboration with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams

Services are provided from our Lennox Head clinic, as well as in schools, preschools, homes and the community.

You’ll have genuine autonomy over your caseload while still having access to regular supervision, clinical support and collaboration when you need it.

You do not need experience across all of these clinical areas. We want to know what you already enjoy, what you’re good at and what you’d like to develop further.

About you

We’d love to hear from new graduate, early-career, experienced and senior Speech Pathologists.

You’ll be:

- A qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership

- Passionate about providing individualised, evidence-based support





- A strong communicator who values collaboration with clients, families and teams

- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team

- Organised and committed to high-quality clinical documentation

- Interested in ongoing professional development

Experience with the NDIS is helpful, but not essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will be a great fit for our team and the families we support.

What we offer

- $80,000 – $120,000 + super (FTE), depending on experience, skills and role responsibilities

- Remuneration benchmarked against NSW Health Speech Pathologist rates

- Work 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week

About Evolve

Evolve Speech Pathology is a small, family-centred practice based in Lennox Head on the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW.

We support children, adolescents and adults across speech, language, literacy, fluency, AAC, feeding and functional communication.

We’re growing, but we want to do that while maintaining a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and able to have a life outside of work.
