We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Accounts Administration Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis at Acacia Ridge.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work across bank and payment reconciliations, payment processing and account administration. This wide-ranging role will suit someone who enjoys getting the details right, resolving discrepancies and supporting a busy Finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reconciling bank accounts, merchant payments and online transactions across Australian and New Zealand operations.

- Investigating discrepancies and processing approved corrections or escalating unresolved items.

- Processing authorised creditor and other payment batches.

- Monitoring the Accounts inbox and directing invoices and correspondence to the appropriate team member.

- Reconciling online, staff and supplier accounts, including following up missing invoices and credits.

- Processing assigned customer returns and faulty-goods transactions.

- Responding to customer and supplier account enquiries.

About You

You will bring:





- Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or a similar finance support role.

- Experience with bank, payment or account reconciliations.

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Intermediate Excel skills and experience using an accounting or ERP system.

- The ability to meet recurring deadlines and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

- Sound judgement when handling payments and confidential information.

Experience with Pronto, retail or Ecommerce transactions, or Australian and New Zealand finance processes would be beneficial. A certificate-level qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related field would also be valued.
