About the Role

The national headquarters of a global automotive brand is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer role in Caringbah for a 6 week contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls to understand and capture their experience with dealerships throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls;

- Contacting customers to discuss their experience with the dealership;

- Gathering feedback throughout the sales and post-sales processes;

- Asking customers relevant questions about their experience and capturing their feedback accurately;

- Building positive rapport with customers and creating a qualified customer experience;

- Recording customer feedback and information accurately;

- Identifying customer concerns and escalating them where appropriate;

- Following established processes and maintaining a high level of professionalism;

- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent verbal communication and active listening skills;





- Is confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone;

- Has a friendly, professional and approachable manner;

- Can build rapport quickly and ask the right questions;

- Is organised, reliable and able to manage a high volume of calls;

- Has strong attention to detail;

- Is comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment;

- Has previous customer service, call centre or automotive experience.
