Melville Omoda Jaecoo is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. We’re open to an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with solid customer service skills who is ready to train for a sales career.

You’ll help customers find a used vehicle that suits their needs and guide them through the process from their first enquiry to delivery.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle needs and budget

- Managing showroom, phone and online enquiries

- Presenting used vehicles and coordinating test drives

- Following up leads and building relationships with customers

- Keeping accurate customer and sales records

- Working with the sales team on trade-ins, paperwork and vehicle deliveries





- Helping maintain a well-presented used vehicle display

- Working towards individual and team sales goals

About you

Whether you already have automotive sales experience or are looking for your first opportunity in the industry, you’ll need to be motivated, approachable and committed to providing great customer service.

Strong communication and follow-up skills, good organization, confidence using computers and a current driver’s license are essential. Sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
