Due to ongoing growth and success, we are seeking an Admin Sales Support Junior to join our close-nit team located in South Melbourne.

Responsibilities of the role

- Monitor and manage incoming quote requests from customers

- Process accurately quotes in a timely and efficient manner

- Closely monitor any unforeseen delays and/or issues with customer orders

- Work closely with suppliers to ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers

- Liaise with the Office Manager regarding customer accounts

- Follow up quotes in progress

- Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied





- Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Meet deadlines as assigned for projects; handle multiple priorities and complex tasks on a routine basis.

About you

- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail

- Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills

- Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced office setting

- Excel in organisation and prioritisation

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills will also be highly regarded
