About the Role

You will be an integral part of our Property Management Team, assisting with leasing activities and daily portfolio support while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections

- Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation

- Assisting Property Managers with portfolio management tasks

- Ingoing Inspections

- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person

- Providing administrative and office support

- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation

Essential Requirements

- Current QLD Real Estaste Registration Certificate (Mandatory)

- Clean QLD Driver License
