Role Opportunity
Join a specialist engineering consultancy delivering structural integrity, asset management, remediation and design solutions across mining, resources, ports and heavy industry. This role combines office-based structural engineering with regular site work, providing exposure to inspections, assessments, analysis and remediation projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5 - 10 + years' experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally within brownfield mining and heavy industry project environments
- Background in mining or heavy industry operations, strong client side or consultant experience
- Solid structural integrity engineering experience within mining plant and heavy industry structures
- Experience completing structural assessments and structural inspections
- Experience with design reviews and providing technical assistance to various project stakeholders
- Able to liaise closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders




- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Sound understanding of mine safety legislation and HSE management systems
- Able to perform regular site trips

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct structural integrity inspections for a range of mining and heavy industry structures
- Perform structural engineering analysis
- Develop remediation and repair solutions
- Prepare technical engineering reports
- Liaise with clients and various stakeholders
