Allround Vending Pty Ltd, in Cranbourne West, VIC, import and sell vending machines Australia Wide. They also manage vending machine operations in Victoria. Allround Vending Pty Ltd is the exclusive Australian distributor of M Series Vending Machines, operating across corporate, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors in Victoria. The company's growth trajectory expanding its client site network and vending machine fleet has considerably increased the scale and complexity of sourcing activity needed to keep the business running, from vending products through to spare parts and machine components. Due to this, there is an urgent requirement for an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager to join the company on full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies, procedures and plans.

• Forecast purchasing requirements for vending machines, components, parts, products, equipment and operational supplies.

• Identify and evaluate local and overseas suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, capacity and delivery requirements.

• Obtain and assess quotations and negotiate pricing, purchasing terms and supply arrangements.

• Negotiate, administer and review supplier contracts and purchasing agreements.

• Coordinate purchasing requirements with stock levels, product demand, sales requirements and operational needs.

• Monitor supplier performance, purchasing expenditure, orders and delivery schedules and resolve procurement-related issues.

• Maintain accurate procurement records covering purchase orders, quotations, contracts, expenditure and supplier transactions.

• Liaise with management, sales,



service and operational personnel regarding current and future procurement requirements.

• Manage supplier relationships and identify alternative supply sources to improve cost efficiency and continuity of supply.

• Coordinate procurement activities and relevant staff and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and contractual requirements.

• Analyse procurement expenditure and supplier performance and report on purchasing costs, supply risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Manage import logistics, customs clearance, and freight coordination for machines and parts sourced overseas

• Develop contingency/dual-sourcing plans for critical components to reduce single-supplier risk as the network scales

• Set inventory reorder points and safety stock levels across multiple warehouse locations as the site network grows

• Support procurement due diligence during evaluation of acquisition targets (e.g. signage or vending-adjacent service providers), assessing their supplier contracts and purchasing terms for integration

• Standardise purchasing policies and approval workflows as the company scales toward becoming the largest vending distributor/operator in Australia

• Benchmark supplier pricing periodically and renegotiate volume-based terms as order volumes increase

• Establish KPIs for on-time delivery, cost savings, and supplier quality, reporting these to senior management

Experience and qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Management Studies or higher qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in similar role.

Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 plus super, Car with fuel and commission based on sales.
