About the Role:

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you'll play an significant role in creating a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. You'll support the team through a combination of dental assisting, sterilisation, and reception duties, helping ensure our clinics run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments.
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments.
- Managing patient appointments, bookings and recalls.
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Handling patient enquiries and coordinating patient care.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Managing payments and health fund claims.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dental assistant and/or dental receptionist is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on patient care.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Proficiency in dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is a plus but not essential.
