Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable School Administration Officer to join our team at Holy Spirit Primary School in 2027.

- Administrative Skills: Robust organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication & Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
- Finance & Records: Ability to manage school records, finance, payroll and administrative processes with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate initiative and manage competing priorities.
- Child Safety: Commitment to child safety,



wellbeing and the policies and procedures of MACS and Holy Spirit Primary School.

Experience with school administration systems, including eSIS, ICON and Compass, would be advantageous.
